Sanitary District #1 Board of Commissioners
Tuesday, September 6th, 2022
*Immediately following the Regular Town Board Meeting*
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: Kyle Levetzow, Pam Johnson-Loy, David Pope and Peter Vanderloo. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Cory Berg, Randy Beerkircher, Jeff Haylock and Kevin Zajicek.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Pam Johnson-Loy. Motion carried.

3) Comments from the public. None.

4) Approval of the meeting minutes for July 7th, 2022. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the July 7th, 2022 meeting minutes as presented. Pam Johnson-Loy seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5) Discussion & possible action re: Amendment to November 3rd, 2015 sewer capacity allocation agreement between Quality Liquid Feeds, Inc. and Dodgeville Sanitary District #1. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented an amendment to the November 3rd, 2015 sewer capacity allocation agreement between Quality Liquid Feeds, Inc. and Dodgeville Sanitary District #1 that was drafted by Murphy Desmond. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson also indicated that the proposed allocation of 150 gallons per day was exceeded in the first month of installation of the meter. The Sanitary District Commissioners requested that additional information be sought in regards to how sewer usage is typically calculated when involving homesteads. No action was taken.

6) Discussion & possible action re: Review of 2021 CMAR Report. The Sanitary District Commissioners and Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson reviewed the 2021 CMAR Report that was received from the Department of Natural Resources. No action was taken.
7) Adjournment. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 p.m. Kyle Levetzow seconded the motion. Motion carried.
