NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, January 27th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Iowa County Law Enforcement Center Public Meeting Room located at 109 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin. *If the meeting must be relocated it will be located at the Town Hall located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from December 30th, 2024
5. The rezoning application of William & Jo Ellen Reese to rezone 2.237 acres from A-1 Ag Legal Non-Conforming to AR-1 located in the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 24, Town 7 North, Range 3 East and the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 19, Town 7 North, Range 4 East located near 5312 County Road Z.
6. The rezoning application of A. Karl & Carla Pustina to rezone 8 acres more or less from A-1 Ag to AR-1 located in the fr NW ¼ of the NW ¼ and the w pt fr NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 2, Town 6 North, Range 2 East located near 2984 County Road M.
7. Public hearing to discuss proposed amendment to Section H Land Use Element regarding land splits on non-cropland.
