Notice of Special Town Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Dodgeville
November 8th, 2023
*Immediately following completion of the public hearing on the proposed 2024 budget*


Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Pope, Peter Vanderloo, Kyle Levetzow and Pam Johnson-Loy. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Kevin Zajicek (elector), Randy Beerkircher, Jeff Haylock (elector), Jacob Smagacz (elector), Karen Rundhaug (elector), Jeremy Woods, Tom Kerns, Brandon Turner, Cory Berg, Tanya Randall (elector), Rachel Peller (elector), Rebecca Sykalski (elector), Tammy McGuire, Amy Gisbrenner (elector) and Pete Evans (elector).

1) To adopt the 2023 tax levy to be paid in 2024 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) Wis. Statues in the amount of $494,480.00. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the 2023 tax levy to be paid in 2024 in the amount of $494,480.00. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

2) To establish the per diems/salary of the Town Board Supervisors for the 2024-2025 term. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to establish the per diems at $45.00 per meeting attended and an annual salary of $500.00 for the 2024-2025 term. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

3) Adjournment. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:11 p.m. David Pope seconded the motion. Motion carried.
