Sanitary District #1 & #2 Board of Commissioners
Tuesday, September 3rd, 2013
*Immediately following the Regular Town Board Meeting*
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 8:20 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were David Gollon, Dorothy Gullickson and Steven Johnson. Also in attendance was Clerk Sara Olson.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Gollon made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Steven Johnson. Motion carried.

3) Approval of Meeting Minutes from January 8th, 2013. David Gollon made a motion to approve the January 8th, 2013 minutes as submitted. Steven Johnson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Discussion & possible action re: Replacement of Meter Heads in Sanitary District #1 & #2. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson had indicated that Sanitary District #1 received an invoice for the replacement of all meter heads. These costs will be billed to the individuals whom own the establishments. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson had inquired to Greg Lee in regards to the meter heads that were replaced in Sanitary District #2 and it was indicated that if an agreement was made to transfer the sewer & water mains/meters that there would potentially not be a bill for the replacement of these meter heads. The Board of Commissioners indicated that they would use Bill Morgan for drafting an agreement. David Gollon made a motion that the offer would need to be in writing before the board would take any action. Steven Johnson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5) Public Comment. None.
6) Adjournment. Steven Johnson made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Dorothy Gullickson seconded the motion. Motion carried.
