Plan Commission Meeting
Monday, September 26th, 2016

The Town of Dodgeville Plan Commission met on Monday, September 26th, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. Plan Commission Chairman Greg Jewell called the Planning Commission meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

Plan Commission Committee members in attendance were: Greg Jewell, Ron Robson, Curt Peterson, Daryl Tresner, Kathi Cahill and Steven Johnson. Absent was Robert Fitzsimmons.

Others in attendance were: Brett Crook, Patti Crook, Larry Nelson and Donald Ley.

Chairman Greg Jewell verified that proper notice of the public hearing was posted on September 13th, 2016 in accordance to WI Statutes 19.84 (3) at the Town Message Boards at Pleasant Ridge Store, Mueller Implement and the Town Office. Steven Johnson made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda. Ron Robson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Steven Johnson made a motion to approve the May 31st, 2016 Plan Commission meeting minutes that were presented. Kathi Cahill seconded the motion. Motion carried.

The Town Planning Commission discussed the conditional use application of Brett and Patti Crook for the purpose of creating a two lot certified survey map which is currently zoned AR-1 located in the W ½ of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 14, Town 6 North, Range 2 East at 3731 Berg Road. Kathi Cahill made a motion to recommend the approval of the conditional use application of Brett and Patti Crook for the purpose of creating a two lot certified survey map which is currently zoned AR-1 located in the W ½ of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 14, Town 6 North, Range 2 East at 3731 Berg Road. Daryl Tresner seconded the motion. Motion carried.

The Town Planning Commission discussed the rezoning application of Donald and Pauline Ley of 5.01 acres more or less from A-1 to AR-1 located in the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 3, Town 5 North, Range 3 East at 2481 Chris-Na-Mar Road. Steven Johnson made a motion to recommend the approval of the rezoning application of 5.01 acres more or less from A-1 to AR-1 located in the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 3, Town 5 North, Range 3 East at 2481 Chris-Na-Mar Road with the contingency of the placement of 33 acres being placed into the conservancy district being currently owned by Donald & Pauline Ley. Kathi Cahill seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Steven Johnson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:39 p.m. Ron Robson seconded the motion. Motion carried.
