Sanitary District #1 & #2 Board of Commissioners
Tuesday, October 7th, 2014
*Immediately following the Regular Town Board Meeting*
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:43 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were David Gollon, David Blume and Steven Johnson. Also in attendance was Clerk Sara Olson.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Steven Johnson made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor David Gollon. Motion carried.

3) Approval of Meeting Minutes from September 3rd, 2013. David Blume made a motion to approve the September 3rd, 2013 minutes as submitted. Steven Johnson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Discussion & possible action re: Sanitary District #1 User Agreement. The Sanitary District Board of Commissioners discussed a document prepared by the Clerk/Treasurer that outlined the current user agreements, allocations of sewage per day, and invoicing for utility charges. No action taken.

5) Discussion & possible action re: Establishing of an Inspection Fee. The Sanitary District Board of Commissioners discussed establishing an inspection fee to be charged monthly to the users of the Sanitary District for inspections of the lift stations performed by the Town of Dodgeville, plowing and mowing services to the lift station performed by the Town of Dodgeville, and gravel needed to the driveways accessing the lift stations. David Gollon made a motion to establish a monthly inspection fee in the amount of $12.50 per user effective January 1st, 2015. David Blume seconded the motion. Motion carried. David Blume made a motion to have Curt and Charlie Rolli inspect the driveway accesses and purchase the needed gravel. Steven Johnson seconded the motion. Motion carried. The Board of Commissions requested that a letter be mailed to all Sanitary District users informing them of the inspection fee as of January 1st, 2015.

6) Discussion & possible action re: Sanitary District #2 Special Charge. The Sanitary District Board of Commissioners discussed the balance of funds created by the establishment of the special charge. David Gollon made a motion to eliminate the special charge as of January 1st, 2015. Steven Johnson seconded the motion. Motion carried. The Sanitary District Board of Commissioners requested that a letter be mailed to all property owners in Sanitary District #2 notifying them of the elimination of the special charge as of January 1st, 2015.

5) Public Comment. None.
6) Adjournment. Steven Johnson made a motion to adjourn the meeting. David Blume seconded the motion. Motion carried.
