Sanitary District #1 Board of Commissioners
Tuesday, October 4th, 2022
*Immediately following the Regular Town Board Meeting*
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: Kyle Levetzow, Pam Johnson-Loy, David Pope and Peter Vanderloo. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Randy Beerkircher, Larry Nelson, Jeff Haylock and Kevin Zajicek.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Pete Vanderloo. Motion carried.

3) Comments from the public. None.

4) Approval of the meeting minutes for September 6th, 2022. David Pope made a motion to approve the September 6th, 2022 meeting minutes as presented. Kyle Levetzow seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5) Discussion & possible action re: Amendment to November 3rd, 2015 sewer capacity allocation agreement between Quality Liquid Feeds, Inc. and Dodgeville Sanitary District #1. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented the amendment to the November 3rd, 2015 sewer capacity allocation agreement between Quality Liquid Feeds, Inc. and Dodgeville Sanitary District #1. Curt Peterson made a motion to approve the Amendment to November 3, 2015 sewer capacity allocation agreement between Quality Liquid Feeds, Inc. and Dodgeville Sanitary District #1. This document is to be signed, notarized and recorded by the parties. Kyle Levetzow seconded the motion. Motion carried. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson indicated that sewer usage is calculated based upon the amount of bedrooms within the home.

6) Discussion & possible action re: Excess Usage Charge. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson indicated that there is already an excess usage charge in place per old documentation. The cost is $5.00 per 1,000 gallons of overage. No action was taken.
7) Adjournment. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:35 p.m. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.
