Regular Town Board Meeting Minutes
October 26th, 2020
*5:30 p.m.*

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Pope and Kyle Levetzow. Excused was: Peter Vanderloo and David Gollon. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson and Randy Beerkircher.

Everyone in attendance recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, David Pope. Motion carried.

3) Approval & Payment of Invoices. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the payment to Scott Construction in the amount of $53,730.50 for the Esch Road Trip project. David Pope seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Discussion & possible action re: Purchasing of 2021 F-550. Town Patrolman, Randy Beerkircher presented a proposal for the purchasing of a 2021 F-550 with trade. The Town Board requested that Patrolman Randy Beerkircher contact a few other dealerships to obtain prices as well. No action was taken.

5) Discussion & possible action re: Borrowing of Funds for Purchasing of 2021 F-550. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to authorize the financing of the 2021 F-550 up to $85,000 for a three-year period as well as refinancing the existing note with Farmer’s Savings Bank. David Pope seconded the motion. Motion carried. Town Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson indicated that she would have Farmer’s Savings Bank draft a Resolution for the November 11th meeting.

7) Public Comment. None

8) Adjournment. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:02 p.m. David Pope seconded the motion. Motion carried.
