Town Board Meeting Minutes
October 13th, 2014
5:30 p.m.

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:48 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Gollon and Steve Johnson (via speaker phone).

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Gollon made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, Steven Johnson. Motion carried.

3) Discussion re: 2015 Budget. The Town Board discussed and worked on the 2015 Budget for the Town of Dodgeville. David Blume and Dorothy Gullickson arrived during this discussion. David Blume also left during this discussion.

4) Discussion & possible action re: Evans Quarry Road Damages. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson had indicated that she was getting all the invoices together and would have a cost breakdown available for the meeting on October 20th, 2014. No action was taken.

5) Discussion & possible action re: Cylinder Lease (Badger Welding Supplies, Inc.) Town Board member, Steve Johnson presented the board with some different option in regards to the cylinders. Town Supervisor, David Gollon had requested something in writing from Badger Welding in regards to the maintenance of the cylinders if the Township were to own them versus leasing. No action was taken.

6) Public Comment. Curt Peterson had presented the Town Board members with a map showing the county plow routes. Curt Peterson had indicated that the county was looking into seeing if municipalities would be interested in possible exchanging plowing services to make the county plow routes more efficient. The Town Board had indicated that County M and County Z could possibly be an option. Curt Peterson had also indicated that he has been talking to another municipality about switching services on Berg Road.

7) Adjournment. Steve Johnson made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Dorothy Gullickson seconded the motion. Motion carried.
