Notice of Special Town Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Dodgeville
November 11th, 2014
*Immediately following completion of the public hearing on the proposed 2015 budget*


Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:12 P.M.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Gollon, Steve Johnson (via speakerphone) and David Blume. Dorothy Gullickson was absent. Also in attendance were Clerk Sara Olson, Kevin Zajicek, David Thoreson and Jeffrey Haylock.

1) To approve the total year 2015 highway expenditure pursuant to Sec. 82.03 (2) of Wis. Statues. David Blume made a motion to approve the total year 2015 highway expenditures in the amount of $369,612.74. Jeffrey Haylock seconded the motion. Motion carried.

2) To adopt the 2014 tax levy to be paid in 2015 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) Wis. Statues. Steven Johnson made a motion to approve the 2014 tax levy to be paid in 2015 in the amount of $416,767.00. David Thoreson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

3) To increase the annual salary of the Town Chairman to $3,600.00 for the 2015-2016 term. David Blume made a motion to increase the annual salary of the Town Chairman to $3,600.00 for the 2015-2016 term. Kevin Zajicek seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Adjournment. Steven Johnson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:18 p.m. Jeffrey Haylock seconded the motion. Motion carried.
