Sanitary District #1, 2 and 3 Board of Commissioners
Tuesday, June 7th 2011
*Immediately following the Regular Town Board Meeting*
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 8:18 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were David Blume, David Gollon, David Thomas and Charlie Price. Also in attendance was Clerk Sara Olson.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Charlie Price made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor David Blume. Motion carried.

3) Approval of Meeting Minutes from May 3rd, 2011. Charlie Price made a motion to approve the May 3rd, 2011 minutes with deletion of the sentence: David Gollon made a motion in Item #7. David Blume seconded the motion. Motion carried. David Thomas abstained from the motion.

4) Discussion & possible action re: Cleaning of the Lift Station behind Sam & Maddies. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented a bill for the cleaning of the lift station behind Sam & Maddies due to the excessive grease that had accumulated in a year. David Gollon made a motion to bill Sam & Maddies for the cleaning of the lift station as they are the only users that produce any significant amount of grease that flows to that lift station. David Thomas seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5) Discussion & possible action re: Late Fees on Unpaid Invoices. The Board of Commissioners discussed the need to assess late fees on unpaid invoices. David Gollon made a motion to charge monthly interest that accrues at 1% or 12% annually on all unpaid invoices starting on June 28th, 2011.

6) Public Comment. None.
9) Adjournment. David Gollon made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Charlie Price seconded the motion. Motion carried.
