Sanitary District #1 Board of Commissioners
Tuesday, July 5th, 2022
*Immediately following the Regular Town Board Meeting*
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:09 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: Kyle Levetzow, Pam Johnson-Loy and Peter Vanderloo. Excused was: David Pope. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Cory Berg and Kevin Zajicek.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Pam Johnson-Loy. Motion carried.

3) Comments from the public. None.

4) Approval of the meeting minutes for August 6th, 2019. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the August 6th, 2019 meeting minutes as presented. Pam Johnson-Loy seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5) Discussion & possible action re: Connection request for QLF Residence & Reallocation of Sewer Allotment for QLF (3568/3586 State Road 23). Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented a request from Quality Liquid Feeds to connect the residence 3568 State Road 23 to the Sanitary District with the allocation of 150 gallons a day or 0.3% of the 2.4% allocation that is currently held by Quality Liquid Feeds business office located at 3586 State Road 23. The Town Board discussed the request and verified that the City of Dodgeville reviewed the proposal as well and had no objections. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to accept the proposal and to have Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson contact and have an attorney draft and amendment to the November 3rd, 2015 sewer capacity allocation agreement between Quality Liquid Feeds, Inc. and Sanitary District #1. These costs will be invoiced to Quality Liquid Feeds. Pam Johnson-Loy seconded the motion. Motion carried.
6) Adjournment. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:24 p.m. Kyle Levetzow seconded the motion. Motion carried.
