Sanitary District #1 Board of Commissioners
Monday, July 15th, 2019
*Immediately following the Board of Review*
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Pope and Peter Vanderloo. Excused were: Kyle Levetzow and David Gollon. Also in attendance was Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Pope made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Peter Vanderloo. Motion carried.

3) Comments from the public. None.

4) Discussion & possible action re: 2019-001 Resolution Authorizing Financing for Lift Station Upgrades. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented Resolution 2019-001 Authorizing Financing for lift station upgrades in the amount of $68,000.00 with a term of 9 years and interest rate of 2.95%. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to adopt Resolution 2019-001 Authorizing Financing for Lift Station Upgrades as presented. David Pope seconded the motion. Motion carried.
5) Adjournment. David Pope made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:38 p.m. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.
