Town Board Meeting Minutes
January 28th, 2020
*6:00 p.m.*

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were David Gollon, David Pope, Kyle Levetzow and Peter Vanderloo. Also, in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson and Randy Beerkircher.

Everyone in attendance recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, David Pope. Motion carried.

3) Public Comment. None

4) Discussion & possible action re: Employee Handbook. The Town Board and employees discussed Sections 5.05 Overtime, 5.05a Holidays and 5.06 Minimum Time Paid in regards to potential modifications to the Employee Handbook. The Town Board members requested that this item be further discussed at the February Town Board meeting to allow members time to work through examples and obtain further documentation if desired. No action was taken.

5) Closed Session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (Employee Evaluations). The Town Board didn’t go Item Closed Sessions.

6) Reconvene into Open Session. No action.

7) Board action as a result of Closed Session. No action.

8) Adjournment. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:38 p.m. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.
