December 10, 2020 Regular Town Board Meeting

Town Board Meeting Minutes
Thursday, December 10th, 2020
5:00 p.m.

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were David Gollon and Peter Vanderloo. Also, in attendance was Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson.

Everyone in attendance recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Gollon made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, Peter Vanderloo. Motion carried.

3) Discussion & possible action re: Recycling Center – Recyclable Materials. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented information in regards to the potential of getting a 42 yard container to be placed outside the Recycling Center for all recycable materials to help with the current recycling operation. The Town Board requested that a plan be drawn up and presented once all the details can be worked on and presented.

4) Public Comment. Town Chairman Curt Peterson indicated that he has installed a window and moved the compactor button to help the recycling center attendant to be able to social distance when having to compact the compactor.

5) Adjournment. David Gollon made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:07 p.m. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.
