April 19, 2022 Annual Town Board Meeting

Annual Town Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, April 19th, 2022
5:00 p.m.
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were; Peter Vanderloo and Kyle Levetzow. Absent was David Pope and David Gollon. Also in attendance was Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Pam Johnson-Loy, Carson Erickson, Kevin Zajicek and Randy Beerkircher.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Peter Vanderloo made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Kyle Levetzow. Motion carried.

3) Approval of Annual Meeting Minutes from April 20th, 2021. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to accept the April 20th, 2021 meeting minutes as submitted. Kyle Levetzow seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Review of 2021 Annual Report & Audit. The Town Board reviewed the presented 2021 Annual Report indicating that the Town had a net income of $139,249.58. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson indicated that the 2021 Audit Report was e-mailed to the Town Board members and requested that the Board members review the document and discussion would take place at a later meeting.

5) Review of 2021 Accomplishments & Highlights. The Town Board discussed several accomplishments and highlights for 2021 including the following:

1. Replacement of Garage Door in Shop Area
2. Reconstruction of Leffler Road utilizing 50/50 TRIP Funds
3. Overlays on McGraw Road and Lawinger Road
4. Sealcoating of Curtis Rd, Survey Rd, Weaver Rd, Dyreson Rd and Goldmine

6) Set 2022 Annual Meeting Date. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to set the 2022 Annual Meeting date for the third Tuesday in April of 2023 starting at 5:00 p.m. Kyle Levetzow seconded the motion. Motion carried.

7) Other matter brought before the Annual Meeting. None.

8) Adjournment. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to adjourn at 5:17 p.m. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.
