Annual Town Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, April 19th, 2016
6:00 p.m.
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Blume, Peter Vanderloo, David Gollon and Steve Johnson via speakerphone. Also in attendance was Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Gollon made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor David Blume. Motion carried.

3) Approval of Annual Meeting Minutes from April 21st, 2015. David Gollon made a motion to accept the April 21st, 2015 meeting minutes as submitted. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Review of 2015 Annual Report & Audit. The Town Board reviewed the 2015 Annual Report and the audited financial statements in detail indicating that the Town had a net income of $100,134.97. The Town Board also reviewed the communication of significant deficiencies and material weaknesses. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson indicated that the copies of the audited financial reports for the Town of Dodgeville will be distributed at next month’s board meeting.

5) Review of 2015 Accomplishments & Highlights. The Town Board discussed several accomplishments and highlights for 2015 including the following: Sealcoating of Cannonball Trail, Veterans Pass, Soldiers Court, N. Clay Hill Road, Survey Road and Korback Road, Reconstruction of 570’ of Leffler Road, Wedging of Rowe Road and Bell Court and the purchasing of a Ford F550.

6) Set 2016 Annual Meeting Date. David Blume made a motion to set the 2016 Annual Meeting date for the third Tuesday in April of 2017 starting at 5:00 p.m. Steven Johnson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

7) Other matter brought before the Annual Meeting. No other matters were brought before the annual meeting.

8) Adjournment. David Blume made a motion to adjourn at 6:21 p.m. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.
