Annual Town Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, April 16th, 2013
6:00 p.m.
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: Charles Price, David Blume, David Gollon and Dorothy Gullickson. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson and Charlie Rolli.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Dorothy Gullickson made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Charles. Motion carried.

3) Approval of Annual Meeting Minutes from April 10th, 2012. Charlie Price made a motion to accept the April 10th, 2012 meeting minutes as submitted. Charlie Price seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Review of 2012 Annual Report & Audit. The Town Board reviewed the 2012 Annual Report and the audited financial statements in details indicating that the Town had a net loss of $135.34. The Town Board also reviewed the communication of significant deficiencies and material weaknesses.

5) Review of 2012 Accomplishments & Highlights. The Town Board discussed several accomplishments and highlights for 2012 including the following: Sealcoating of McGraw, Lawinger & Jacobson Road, Completion of the TRIP-D Project Roh/Walter Road, Additional Lighting in the Recycling Center and the approval of the Blotz Bridge in the Local Bridge Program (80% Federal/ 20% local).

6) Set 2013 Annual Meeting Date. David Blume made a motion to set the 2013 Annual Meeting date for April 15, 2014 or the third Tuesday in April starting at 6:00 p.m. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.

7) Other matter brought before the Annual Meeting. No other matters were brought before the annual meeting.

8) Adjournment. David Gollon made a motion to adjourn. Charlie Price seconded the motion. Motion carried.
