Annual Town Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, April 15th, 2014
6:00 p.m.
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Blume and David Gollon. Also in attendance was Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Blume made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor David Gollon. Motion carried.

3) Approval of Annual Meeting Minutes from April 16th, 2013. David Gollon made a motion to accept the April 16th, 2013 meeting minutes as submitted. David Blume seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Review of 2013 Annual Report & Audit. The Town Board reviewed the 2013 Annual Report and the audited financial statements in details indicating that the Town had a net income of $20,270.80. The Town Board also reviewed the communication of significant deficiencies and material weaknesses.

5) Review of 2013 Accomplishments & Highlights. The Town Board discussed several accomplishments and highlights for 2013 including the following: Sealcoating of Wittman, portion of Nelson, Lake View, Park Ridge and Savanna Terrace, Starting of the Blotz Bridge Project, Paving of E. Anderson Road & 3/10 of a mile on Canyon Park Road and the purchasing of a new Case backhoe.

6) Set 2014 Annual Meeting Date. David Blume made a motion to set the 2014 Annual Meeting date for April 21, 2015 or the third Tuesday in April starting at 6:00 p.m. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.

7) Other matter brought before the Annual Meeting. No other matters were brought before the annual meeting.

8) Adjournment. David Blume made a motion to adjourn at 6:32 p.m. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.
