Special Town Board Meeting Minutes
April 15th, 2014
*Immediately following the Annual Meeting*

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Gollon and David Blume. Also in attendance was Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor David Gollon made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, David Blume. Motion carried.

3) Discussion & possible action re: Town Recommendation on a previously approved conditional use permit (3269 Evans Quarry Road). Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson indicated that a recommendation was needed on a previously approved conditional use permit for 3269 Evans Quarry Road that was approved in December 2012. David Gollon made a motion to recommend that the previous recommendation and the previous conditions imposed by upheld at the county level. David Blume seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Public Comment. None.

5) Adjournment. David Blume made a motion to adjourn the meeting. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.
