Plan Commission Meeting
Monday, June 28th, 2010

The Town of Dodgeville Plan Commission met on Monday, June 28th, 2010 at 6:30 PM. Chair, Dave Blume called the Planning Commission meeting to order at 6:32 PM.

Plan Commission Committee members in attendance were: Chair, Dave Blume, Laura Jean Blotz, Curt Peterson, Anthony Esch, and Robert Butler. David Thomas and Matthew Chitwood were absent.

Others in attendance were: Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson and Betsy D’Angelo.

Chairman Blume verified that proper notice of the meeting was posted on June 22, 2010 in accordance to WI Statutes 19.84 (3) at the Town Message Boards at Jumping Jupiter, Mueller Implement and the Town Office. Curt Peterson made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda. Laura Jean Blotz seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Laura Jean Blotz made a motion to approve the April 26th meeting minutes as presented. Robert Butler seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson provided the Planning Commission information from Scott Godfrey & Attorney, Mark Rooney (Linda Lewis Estate) on a previous petition that was not properly completed by the property owner.

Curt Peterson made a recommendation to have the Town of Dodgeville pursue the rezoning of Parcel 008 1571 & Parcel 008 1562 (Linda Lewis Estate) located in the E ½ of the SE ¼ of Section 5, T5N, R3E to create a single AR-1 lot by a conditional use permit. Robert Butler seconded the motion. Motion carried.

There was no discussion on Item #6 (Farmland Preservation Update) and Item #7 (Correspondence and other matters).

Anthony Esch made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:34 p.m. Robert Butler seconded the motion. Motion carried.
