June 25, 2015 Board of Review

BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING MINUTES
TOWN OF DODGEVILLE
June 25th, 2015

Members present were: Curt Peterson, Steven Johnson, Peter Vanderloo, Assessor Calvin Magnan and Clerk/Treasurer, Sara Olson.

Peter Vanderloo made a motion to nominate Curt Peterson to serve as Chairperson for the 2015 Board of Review. Steven Johnson seconded the motion. Roll call: Johnson, yes; Vanderloo, yes and Peterson, yes. Motion carried.

Steven Johnson made a motion to nominate Peter Vanderloo to serve as Vice-Chair for the 2015 Board of Review. Curt Peterson seconded the motion. Roll call: Johnson, yes; Peterson, yes and Vanderloo, yes. Motion carried.

Board of Review was called to order at 6:07 p.m. by Town Chairman, Curt Peterson.

Clerk Olson verified that the 2015 Assessment Roll was received and that she witnessed Calvin Magnan signing the assessor’s affidavit.

David Blume had arrived a 6:08 p.m.

Clerk Olson verified that proper notice of the Board of Review was posted on June 3rd, 2015 in accordance to WI Statutes 19.84 (3) at the Town Message Boards at Pleasant Ridge Store, Mueller Implement and the Town Office. In addition notice was also published in the Dodgeville Chronicle on June 3rd, 2015.

Clerk Olson also verified that Curt Peterson and Peter Vanderloo satisfied the training requirements for Board of Review.

Steven Johnson moved that this Board of Review is in compliance with the open meeting law. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Roll call: Blume, yes; Johnson, yes; Vanderloo, yes and Peterson, yes. Motion carried.

Steven Johnson made a motion to accept the 2014 Board of Review minutes as presented. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

There were no objectors present and no notices of determination completed at the 2015 Board of Review.

Steven Johnson made a motion for final adjournment of the 2015 Board of Review at 8:07 p.m., seconded by Peter Vanderloo. Roll call: Johnson yes; Blume, yes; Vanderloo, yes; and Peterson, yes. Motion carried.
