Joint Special Town Board Meeting with Iowa County Planning & Zoning Commission
Thursday, December 17th, 2009

1) Call to order. The Town Board and Iowa County Planning & Zoning Commission met on Thursday, December 17th, 2009 at 6:00 PM. Town Chairmain, Curt Peterson called the Town Board meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

2) Roll call. Town Board Members in attendance were: Curt Peterson, David Gollon and David Thomas. Absent were Thomas Mueller and Charles Price.

3) Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws. Supervisor, David Gollon made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, David Thomas. Motion carried.

David Thomas removed himself from the Town Board and entered the general public.

4) Possible action re: Petition by David & Cindy Thomas to rezone 82 acres from A-1 Ag to AB-1 Ag Bus and in S36-T6N-R3E in the Town of Dodgeville. The Town Board didn’t have a quorum due to David Thomas removed himself from the Board therefore no action was taken.

5) Possible action re: Petition by David & Cindy Thomas for consideration of a conditional use permit to consider beef farming and a residence on an 82-acre AB-1 Ag Bus lot in S36-T6N-R3E in the Town of Dodgeville. The Town Board didn’t have a quorum due to David Thomas removed himself from the Board therefore no action was taken.

David Thomas removed himself from the general public and joined the Town Board.

6) Adjournment. David Gollon made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:20 p.m. David Thomas seconded the motion. Motion carried.


NOTE PETAINING TO THE IOWA COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

David Gollon and Curt Peterson recommended that the Iowa County Planning Commission approve the petitions submitted by David & Cindy Thomas during the Iowa County Planning Commission meeting with the condition that the Town of Dodgeville Planning Commission approves the petitions as submitted before the Special County Board meeting on December 29th, 2009 due to the Town Board didn’t have a quorum present at their portion of the meeting that dealt with the petitions.
