Town Board Meeting Minutes
April 21st, 2015
*Immediately following the Annual Town Meeting*

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:20 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Gollon, Steve Johnson and David Blume. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson and Carl Thoreson. Absent was: Dorothy Gullickson.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Steven Johnson made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, David Gollon. Motion carried.

3) Discussion & possible action re: 2015 Sealcoating Bids. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson opened and presented the Sealcoating bids that were submitted by Fahrner Asphalt and Scott Construction. Steven Johnson made a motion to accept Scott Construction’s bid for the following roads: Korback Road w/25% Bar Patch, N. Clay Hill Road w/35% Bar Patch, Cannonball Trail (Pre-coated Stone), Veteran’s Pass (Pre-coated Stone), Soldier’s Court (Pre-coated Stone) and 0.52 Miles of Survey Road. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.

David Gollon made a motion to suspend the agenda and move to Item #6 followed by Item #10. David Blume seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Discussion & possible action re: Loan Extension Agreement. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented a loan extension agreement from Farmer’s Saving Bank in regards to extending the due date of the next payment to June 1st, 2015. David Gollon made a motion to approve and accept the loan extension agreement as presented. Steven Johnson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5) Discussion & possible action re: Resolution 2015-292 2014 Year End Budget Resolution. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented Resolution 2015-292 2014 Year End Budget Resolution to the Town Board. David Gollon made a motion to adopt Resolution 2015-292 2014 Year End Budget Resolution. Steve Johnson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

6) Adjournment. David Gollon made a motion to adjourn and postpone action on all other items on the agenda until the next Town Board meeting which will be held on May 5th, 2015. David Blume seconded the motion. Motion carried.
