NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, September 24th, 2012 beginning at 6:30 P.M. This meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from August 27th, 2012
5. The application of Wisconsin RE9 LLC to preview the rezoning application of 15.95 acres more or less from B-2 Highway Business to B-3 Heavy Business located in part of the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 9 Town 6 North Range 3 East located on State Road 23 in the Town of Dodgeville. A conditional use hearing will follow to allow for the manufacturing and selling of building materials, agricultural uses and the processing and selling of agricultural/food products.
6. Discussion re: Land Use Element - Survey
7. Correspondence and other matters
