NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, October 6th, 2009 @ 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda
3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from September 1st, 2009
4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2, 3 and Tax Collection Accounts
5. Bills to be approved
6. 2009 Budget Review
7. 2008 Audit Review
8. Discussion & possible action re: Plan Commission Recommendations
9. Discussion & possible action re: Appeal of Driveway Variance for Chess Adams on James Road
10. Discussion & possible action re: TRIP Program Road Projects
11. Discussion & possible action re: 2010 Census New Construction program
12. Discussion & possible action re: Hotel/Motel Tax
13. Discussion & possible action re: Iowa County Humane Society Vaccination Clinic
14. Discussion & possible action re: Setting dates & times for upcoming Budget Meetings

It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which is or is likely to become involved.
