NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, October 30th, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from May 30th, 2023 & August 24th, 2023
5. The conditional use application of Kay D. Randall & Sherrill B. Randall Revocable Trust for the purpose of a recreational residential rental on 17.96 acres zoned A-1 Ag located in part of the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 26, Town 7 North, Range 3 East located at 5050 Dyreson Road.
6. The conditional use application of Vivid, Inc. and Sunshine Behavioral Health for the purpose of a behavior health residential care facility on 17.39 acres zoned B-2 located in part of the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ Section 16, Town 6 North, Range 3 East and part of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 21, Town 6 North, Range 3 East at 3591 State Road 23.
