NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, October 22nd, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda
3. 1st Reading of the Resolution to Discontinue Town Roads in the Town of Dodgeville (Halverson Rd & Klosterman Rd)
4. Discussion & possible action re: Graveling of Klosterman Road
5. Discussion & possible action re: Bid document received for the 1995 Ford L8000
6. Discussion & possible action re: 2013-2014 Insurance Policy Renewal
7. Discussion & possible action re: Minimum Fund Balance Policy
8. It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (Employee Compensation)
9. Reconvene into Open Session
