NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Wednesday, October 20th, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order/Pledge of Allegiance

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Approval & Payment of Invoice – Rule Construction – Leffler Rd Project

4. Discussion & possible action re: Update on Road Projects (Brue Rd & Military Ridge Rd)

5. Discussion & possible action re: Borrowing of funds for 2023 Mack

6. Discussion & possible action re: 2022 Budget

7. Closed Session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (Compensation)

8. Reconvene into Open Session

9. Board action as a result of Closed Session

10. Continuation of Item #4 – Discussion & possible action re: 2022 Budget
