REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
Thursday, November 5, 2009
*IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF DODGEVILLE MEETING*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Thursday, November 5th, 2009, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE SPECIAL TOWN ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF DODGEVILLE MEETING. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda
3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from October 6, 2009, October 12, 2009 and October 19, 2009
4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2, 3 and Tax Collection Accounts
5. Bills to be approved
6. Adoption of the 2010 Budget
7. Discussion & possible action re: Planning Commission Recommendations
8. Discussion re: Farmland Preservation Update
9. Discussion & possible action re: Waste Oil at the Recycling Center
10. Discussion & possible action re: Patrolmen Winter/Overtime Hours
11. It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
12. Reconvene into Open Session
13. Board Action as a Result of Closed Session
14. Public Comment
