*Immediately following the Special Town Meeting of the Town Electors*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Thursday, November 3rd immediately following the Special Town Meeting of the Town Electors. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order/Pledge of Allegiance

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Public Comment

4. Approval of Meeting Minutes from October 4th, 2022 & October 17th, 2022

5. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1 and Tax Collection Accounts

6. Bills to be Approved

7. Town Roads/Equipment Report

8. Clerk/Treasurer Report

9. Adoption of the 2023 Town Budget

10. Discussion & possible action re: Iowa County Humane Society Stray and Abandoned Animal Service Contract

11. Discussion & possible action re: Extended Warranty for Purchased Backhoe

12. Discussion & possible action re: Town of Dodgeville / ATC Road Use Agreement

13. Discussion & possible action re: Recycling Center Holiday Hours

14. Closed Session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (Compensation)

15. Reconvene into Open Session

16. Board action as a result of Closed Session

17. Adjournment
