NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Tuesday, May 29th at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from April 30th, 2018
5. The application of Brad & Judith Yager to preview the rezoning application of 3.2 acres more or less from A-1 to AR-1 located in the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 32, Town 6 North, Range 4 East located at 5974 State Road 191.
6. The conditional use application of Dean Dickel and Mary Glindinning for the purpose of a breeding and feeding livestock operation on a 3.595 acre parcel located in part of the NE ¼ and the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 3 East located at 5392 Section Line Road.
7. Request for clarification of the density standard in regards to 4394 Goldmine Road.
8. Review of The Town of Dodgeville’s Comprehensive Plan.
9. Correspondence and other matters
