NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, March 29th, 2010 beginning at 6:30 PM. This meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from December 28th, 2009
5. Petition by Robert Greenwood for consideration of a conditional use permit to consider Regenerating Fiberoptic Telecommunication Signal Utility-Telephone, Automotive Sales & Repairs, Vehicle & Trailer Rentals, Outside Storage and Towing on an 3.25-acre B-3 Heavy Business lot in S22-T6N-R3E located at 4770 County Road YZ in the Town of Dodgeville.
