NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, March 26th at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from January 25th, 2016
5. The conditional use application of Paul Gaynor for Phase II for the purpose of : assembly gatherings to include weddings, concerts, farm to table meals and other special events, a catering kitchen, parking, and the rental of the farmhouse on a Planned Unit Development of approximately 26.93 acres more or less zoned RB-1 located in the SW ¼ of the NE ¼, the NW ¼ of the SE ¼, the NE ¼ of the SW ¼, the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ and the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 4, Town 3, Range 3 East at 4352 State Road 23.
