NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, March 25th, 2013 beginning at 6:30 P.M. This meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from February 25th, 2013
5. The conditional use application for Bethel Horizons for the purpose of Phase III (Art Venture Retreat Center) located at 4681 County Road ZZ located in Sections 26, 27, 34 and 35 all in T7N-R3E that is currently zoned B-2 and consists of 543 acres.
6. Discussion re: Land Use Element - Survey
7. Correspondence and other matters
8. Adjournment
