NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, March 16th, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Discussion & possible action re: Leffler Road Improvement Project Bids (TRIP)

4. Discussion & possible action re: 2015-2016 Salt Season Commitment

5. Discussion & possible action re: Town Financing Options / Town Equipment Purchases

6. Discussion & possible action re: Evans Quarry Road Damages

7. Discussion & possible action re: Iowa County Humane Society Invoice

8. Discussion & possible action re: 2015 Technology Update

9. Discussion & possible action re: Timesheets

10. Closed Session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

11. Reconvene into Open Session

12. Board action as a result of Closed Session

*Please note: The bid documents received for the Leffler Road Improvement Project will be read aloud at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 16th, a quorum of Town Board members may be present, however no action will be taken.*
