NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, June 26th at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from April 24th, 2017
5. The application of Dale Weier to preview the rezoning application of 4.50 acres more or less from A-1 & AR-1 to AR-1 located in part of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 14, Town 6 North, Range 3 East at 3762 County Road Z.
6. The application of Oakdale Farms LP to preview the rezoning application of 15 acres more or less from A-1 to AR-1 located in the NE ¼ of SW ¼, the NW ¼ of SE ¼, part of the SW ¼ of the SE ¼, and part of the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ Section 20, Town 6 North, Range 3 East located at 4050 US Highway 18 and to preview the rezoning application of 5.5 acres more or less from A-1 to AR-1 located in part of the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 29, Town 6 North, Range 3 East located at 4045 US Highway 18.
7. Review of The Town of Dodgeville’s Comprehensive Plan.
8. Correspondence and other matters
