NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, June 24th, 2013 beginning at 6:30 P.M. This meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from March 25th, 2013
5. The application of A. Richard and Lauren Thuli to preview the rezoning application of 4.00 acres more or less from A-1 Ag & B-4 to B-4 Industrial Business located in part of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 12 Town 6 North Range 2 East located at 4160 Rohowetz Road the remaining 12.6 acres more or less will be converted back to A1- Ag in the Town of Dodgeville. A conditional use hearing will immediately follow for the following conditions: fabrication and assembly of specialized furniture and sewn products.
