NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, January 5th, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from December 1st, 2009 & December 17th, 2009

4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2, 3 and Tax Collection Accounts

5. Bills to be approved

6. Discussion & possible action re: 2010 TRIP Project Update

7. Discussion & possible action re: Focus on Energy Audit

8. Discussion & possible action re: 2010 Stray Animal Contract & Statistics

9. Discussion & possible action re: Private Road Waivers (Snow Plowing)

10. It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

11. Reconvene into Open Session

12. Board Action as a Result of Closed Session
