NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, January 4th, 2011, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from December 7th

4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2, 3 and Tax Collection Accounts

5. Bills to be approved

6. Town Roads Report

7. Clerk/Treasurer Report

8. Discussion & possible action re: Chimney Rock Road Turn-Around

9. Discussion & possible action re: Purchasing of a Snow Blower for Tractor

10. Discussion & possible action re: Outdoor Lighting at the Town Garage

11. It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which is or is likely to become involved.

12. Reconvene into Open Session

13. Board Action as a Result of Closed Session

14. Public Comment
