NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, January 28th, 2013 beginning at 6:30 P.M. This meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from November 26th, 2012
5. The application of Thad Olson, as personal representative of the Brad Olson Estate to preview the rezoning application of 3.18 acres more or less from A-1 Ag to AR-1 located in part of the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 18 Town 6 North Range 3 East located at 3893 Wilson Road in the Town of Dodgeville.
6. The application of George Lazarues to preview the rezoning application of 15.01 acres more or less from AR-1, A-1 and AB-1 to AR-1 located in part of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ and the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 25 Town 6 North Range 3 East located at 5392 Section Line Road in the Town of Dodgeville.
7. The application of Joshua Fowler & Melissa Fowler to preview the rezoning application of 5 acres more or less from AR-1 to B-3 Heavy Business located in NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 23 Town 6 North Range 3 East located at 4949 County Road YZ in the Town of Dodgeville. A conditional use hearing will follow to allow for agricultural uses, a residence, light manufacturing of metal and rental storage space.
