NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, February 25th, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from January 24th, 2019
5. The rezoning application of Survey Road Investments, LLC two create two AR-1 lots of approximately 10 acres more or less rezoning the land from A-1 to AR-1 located in fractional of the NE ¼ of the NE ¼, and the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 6, Town 5 North, Range 3 East located at 2744 Survey Road.
6. Discussion in regards to the allowance of two single-family homes on land in the AR-1 district.
7. Review and discussion of wording recommendation for Code of Ordinance Chapter 6 Driveway, Section 6-5 Applicability and Specifications letter A
8. Review of The Town of Dodgeville’s Comprehensive Plan Section F
9. Correspondence and other matters
10. Adjournment
