JOINT TOWN BOARD AND PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 23rd, 2009

AGENDA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Joint Town Board and Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, February 23rd, 2009 beginning at 6:30 PM. This meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from January 26th, 2009
5. Introduction of Rick Terrien from the Iowa County Economic Development Corporation.
6. The application of Dodgeville Warehousers LLC to preview the conditional use application, located in the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 26, Town 6 North, Range 3 East for the purpose of changing the conditional use from automotive sales/storage, service storage warehouse to implement dealer for sales, service and parts.
7. Public Comment
8. Plan Commission Recommendation to Town Board.
9. Town Board action on the Dodgeville Warehousers LLC conditional use application as listed on the agenda.
10. The application of Terry Reed to preview the rezoning application, located in the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 7, Town 6 North, Range 4 East to rezone 5 acres more or less which contains the existing home from A-1 Ag to AR-1 Ag Residential for the purpose of making the parcel conforming.
11. The application of Terry Reed to preview the rezoning application, located in the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 7, Town 6 North, Range 4 East to rezone 8.780 acres from A-1 Ag to AR-1 Ag Residential for the purpose of making the parcel conforming.
12. Public comment
13. Plan Commission Recommendation to Town Board.
14. Town Board action on Terry Reed’s rezoning applications as listed on the agenda.
