REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
Tuesday, December 6th, 2011
6:00 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, December 6th, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from November 1st 2011 and November 7th 2011 (3 sets of minutes for November 7th)

4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2, 3 and Tax Collection Accounts

5. Bills to be approved

6. Town Road/Equipment Report

7. Clerk/Treasurer Report

8. Approval or Denial of Operator’s License for Tari McCabe

9. Discussion & possible action re: Winter Maintenance Agreement with the City of Dodgeville

10. Discussion & possible action re: 2011 Audit Services

11. Discussion & possible action re: Prohibiting of Concealed Carried Weapons on Town owned property

12. Discussion & possible action re: Soliciting on Town Owned Property

13. Discussion & possible adoption re: Resolution 2011-275 Appointment of Chief Election Inspectors and Poll Workers for the 2012-2013 term

14. Discussion & possible adoption re: Resolution 2011-276 Resolution to change the number of election inspectors for the Town of Dodgeville

15. It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

16. Reconvene into Open Session
