NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Sanitary District #1 & #2 Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, August 4th, 2015 at 6:45 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from October 7th, 2014

4. Discussion & possible action re: Sanitary District #2 Greater Heights Annexation

5. Discussion & possible action re: Sanitary District #2 Hiring of Legal Representation in regards to the Cooperative Boundary Agreement/Annexation of Greater Heights

6. Discussion & possible action re: Sanitary District #1 and City of Dodgeville Agreement

7. Discussion & possible action re: Sanitary District #1 Requested Boundary Change & Sewer Allocation (Quality Liquid Feeds)

8. Discussion & possible action re: Sanitary District #1 of the Town of Dodgeville Sanitary Sewer User Agreement between Sanitary District #1 and Quality Liquid Feeds

*The Town of Dodgeville will be recessing from the Regular Town Board meeting at 6:45 p.m. to conduct the Sanitary District #1 & 2 meeting and then will reconvene to the Regular Town Board meeting at the completion of the Sanitary District meeting.*
