NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, August 19th, 2013 beginning at 6:30 P.M. This meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Appointment of Plan Commission Officers
5. Review and approve meeting minutes from June 24th, 2013
6. The application of Roger & Dee Slaght to preview the rezoning application of 11.092 acres from R-1 to two lots zoned AR-1 that consist of 8.089 acres and 3.003 acres located in part of the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 21 Town 6 North Range 3 East located at 4238 Military Ridge Road.
7. The conditional use application of Dustin & Trisha Marklein for the purpose of retail sales and sporting goods, rental storage space and 1 residential home on a 18.69 acres parcel zoned B-2 Highway business located in the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 9, Town 6 North, Range 3 East at 3916 State Road 23.
