NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, April 29th, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from February 25th , 2019
5. The conditional use application of Charles Grimm to create two AR-1 lots of approximately 2.5 acres more or less located in part of the W part of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 34, Town 6 North, Range 3 East located at 721 S. Linn Street.
6. Discussion in regards to the allowance of two single-family homes on land in the AR-1 district.
7. Correspondence and other matters
