AGENDA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, April 25th at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from March 28th, 2016
5. The application of 4X Wrestling LLC to preview the rezoning application of 3.59 acres more or less from AB-1 to B-2 Highway Business located in the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ and the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 25, Town 6 North, Range 3 East at 5392 Section Line Road. The conditional use application of 4X Wresting LLC for the purpose of youth sporting activities.
6. The application of Nancy & William Hanson to preview the rezoning application of 13.19 acres more or less from A-1 to RB-1 Recreational Business located in part of the NW ¼ and SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 26, Town 6 North, Range 3 East at 4838 Section Line Road. The conditional use application of Nancy & William Hanson for the purpose of environmental education, day camps and agricultural uses.
7. Review of The Town of Dodgeville’s Comprehensive Plan.
8. Correspondence and other matters
9. Adjournment
