Notice of Inspection – Rule Quarry LLC

This notice is being made to satisfy a condition of approval per Zoning Hearing 2802 wherein there is to be an annual inspection of the Rule Quarry LLC mine site at 3978 State Road 23 by representatives of Iowa County and the Town of Dodgeville for the purpose of verifying compliance with the conditions of approval. This will NOT be a public meeting and, due to safety liability concerns, members of the public will not be allowed to participate.
