DEADLINE EXTENDED FOR FILING PAPERS FOR OFFICE OF TOWN SUPERVISOR UNTIL
FRIDAY, JANUARY 6, 2012, 5:00 P.M.

Due to an incumbent having failed to file notification of non-candidacy and he did not file nomination papers by the initial deadline of January 3, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. for the position of Town Supervisor, by State Law the final date for the filing of nomination papers for Village Trustee has been extended until Friday, January 6, 2012 at 5 p.m.

Anyone wishing to run for Town Supervisor may get the necessary forms at the Town Hall or from the Government Accountability Board’s website at http://gab.wi.gov/.

Once there, click on Forms: then click Candidates

Print the GABIS-7 which is the checklist for Municipal Candidates.
Fill out and print the following:
Declaration of Candidacy for Nonpartisan Office GAB-162
Nomination Papers GAB-169 (20 signatures needed)
Campaign Registration Statement GAB-1
